Extended Stay America Select Suites- Nashville - Airport

Great place to stay. The rooms need new carpet and furniture. The staff if great for the most part Especially Miss Gracie and Miss Tammy the rest gossip to much lol. Its close and a straight shot to downtown and the airport. Its also nice and quiet for people here on business.

My first night, a new resident was moving in & during the process. Started a fire. The 2nd night, I came in after work to Metro police, EMS, & firefighters all over the place. Not sure what the reasoning was but figured it didn't concern me. So I have not inquired any further. Other than an eventful first 2 nights stay. I had an excellent check in. Considering my arrival was a week late. Staff helped me get another reservation. Which ended up being just a few dollars cheaper than the original quote. My trash has been taken out every day since I've been here. If you want clean linens and/ or towels&washcloths. You have to take them to the front desk. I do not see a problem with it, myself cause I get it. I see the business tactics to keep labor cost down & passing that savings unto the consumer. At this point, I've been here acknowledge a week & my experience overall have been excellent. My only complaint is not being a little cheaper on your monthly rates. I make a decent salary & it hits my paycheck a little hard. Effectively, causing it to take longer to save up enough money to put a security deposit down on an apartment or rental property.

Let me say the checkin desk was amazing. Alyssa was very friendly, great hospitality. The room is nice, comfy bed, several tv channels, great water pressure, etc. I had to get with the front desk about the phone not working, toilet running constantly, bathroom light completely out, and one bulb in the kitchen area out in room 217. Maintenance came to switch out the phone which now works, and is working on getting the lights and toilet fixed. Update: 930pm after being out all day. Returned to the room with the toilet still running and no lights fixed. Went to the front desk to report it again. They offered to change rooms to the 3rd floor.

The new management William is amazing! You can tell the hotel is becoming an amazing location!! Can not wait to see what he does with the place. Definitely will be returning

10/10 Recommend this specific location to any and all travlers coming to Nashville. Tammy the manager is amazing. I noticed that not only does she have amazing customer service etiquette but she speaks to her staff with respect which is a huge deal to me! Speaking of the other staff, Vante has went above and beyond during my stay and it truly was unexpected. Overall ALL THE SNAPS FROM ME! In my opinion...this location puts the other locations to shame! If you haven't booked and are coming to the area CHOOSE HERE!

I left my brand new phone behind after staying at hotel while driving thru on a mission for the Red Cross after hurricane helene and the hotel staff reached out to let me know they had it- I was already in Washington state and that was in November. Today is almost May and I went in and they had my phone still! AJ was at the front desk and was helpful, courteous and made sure she wasn’t handing my phone off to anyone, while respecting the privacy of the person I had stayed with since I wasn’t listed. Very professional and I appreciate it more than anything!

Came in late and was given a nice clean room. Bedding was immaculate! So far I have enjoyed my stay. Tammy (sorry if i misspelled that) in the front area was very kind and helpful. I look forward to the rest of my stay while I'm on this work assignment.

The Extended Stay America Airport location on Elm Hill Pike is a great place to stay if your needing something more long-term. Their prices are fair and the staff is the perfect mixture of professional and friendly. They make sure your needs are accommodated for while still respecting your privacy.
